Dr. Jerry Middleton grew up in Long Beach, California, and attended Marquette University School of Dentistry in Wisconsin. He graduated with honors and the Outstanding General Dentist Award in 1991.
Upon graduation from dental school he was accepted for a residency program at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Downey, California. Here he obtained advanced training in Emergency Medicine, Oral Surgery, Anesthesiology and the treatment of medically compromised patients.
Dr. Middleton regularly attends continuing education courses all over the country. He has pursued hundreds of hours of interrelated continuing education courses, focusing on becoming a premier provider of advanced and comprehensive dentistry.
Dr. Middleton combines this exceptional education and post graduation training with extensive clinical experience and dedication to improving people’s dental health, allowing him to bring outstanding functional health and beauty to his patient’s smiles. His Riverside-based private practice offers a wide range of comprehensive dentistry, with an emphasis on leading edge cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Middleton’s leadership and commitment to the field of dentistry is demonstrated by his participation in several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Tri-County Dental Society. He has served as President of TCDS and as a Delegate to the CDA. He has chaired numerous committees within TCDS, and was instrumental in bringing the Give Kids a Smile program to the Inland area. He is one of a few dentists to be honored with fellowship in the Pierre Fauchard Academy (a dental organization which recognizes philanthropic activity) and the American College of Dentists (a prestigious organization dedicated to the advancement of excellence, ethics, professionalism and leadership).
When not practicing dentistry, Dr Middleton enjoys spending time with his wife, Denise and his children. Free time activities include running, snow skiing and biking. He is actively involved in church and various community organizations.
